MISSION

The skilled trades are the foundation of our society. It is essential that the

community recognizes the contributions of the workers that have built this country.

This foundation will provide grants which focus on awareness, education, and

advocacy. The Foundation supports curriculum and supplies that provide hands on

experiences preparing students for career opportunities in the skilled trades. Our

future depends upon the men and women who dedicate themselves to their trade

and take pride in their craft. To that end, the Foundation is committed to promoting

and protecting the skilled trades as a desirable career opportunity within the State of Iowa.
